It has been known since last year that acend is now part of tim&koko and [Puzzle](https://www.puzzle.ch/) ist. acend GmbH is owned 50% by each of the two companies. This acquisition allows the existing acend brand to continue and ideally complements the portfolio of tim&koko and Puzzle. With acend, we are expanding our offering with a strong focus on hands-on IT training and creating a continuous chain from consulting to engineering and through to training.

Annual Review 2025

The year is coming to an end. It’s time to pause for a moment. 2025 was a year full of movement, change, intense conversations, realignments, wonderful encounters and, of course, the occasional celebration. A year that challenged us and strengthened us at the same time.
